The programme unfolds over 4–6 months. Each module is anchored by a full in-person day, sustained by online check-in sessions, and deepened through individual coaching — with the kick-off and graduation both held in person.

Between-module check-ins
Structured online sessions between each module sustain momentum, integrate learning, and bring real-work challenges back into the room.
One-to-one coaching
Each participant receives individual coaching sessions with Fabrizio — timed to key moments in the learning journey, including a follow-up call at 90 days.
