Fabrizio coaches from the inside of the experience — 15 years in global organisations, a Ph.D. in the science of complex systems, and a personal reckoning with what it costs to lead without seeing yourself clearly. He brings all of it into the room.
The approach draws on neuroscience, stress physiology, and behavioural psychology — not as frameworks to apply, but as tools for understanding what is actually happening when the pressure is highest. Because the pattern you cannot see is the one running the show.
