Kick-off & graduation in person

Leadership manifesto

Every participant graduates with a written, shared personal leadership declaration — committed to in front of their peers.

After kick-off

Setting the coaching agenda. What do I want to develop most? What patterns am I already noticing?

After Module 1

Deepening self-awareness. Exploring identity, values, and leadership defaults that surfaced in the program.

Mid-journey

Reflection and integration. A structured space to examine what is shifting and translate insights into concrete development priorities.

Session 4
After Module 3

Sustaining momentum. Working on live leadership challenges from the participant's current role.

Session 5
Pre-graduation

Preparing the manifesto. Consolidating the journey and articulating personal commitments going forward.

Peer coaching circles

Groups of 3–4 leaders meet throughout the program to bring real challenges and coach each other — with Fabrizio as guide. Over time these circles build an internal coaching culture that outlasts the program itself.

Mid-point reflection & feedback integration

A structured mid-journey reflection session gives each participant space to process what is shifting. Where organisations use 360° feedback tools, Fabrizio can integrate the debrief into Session 3 — turning organisational data into personal development clarity.

Structured reflection prompts keep the learning alive in the moments that matter most — in real work, in real leadership situations, between formal sessions.
