Discovery conversation

A complimentary 45-minute confidential session to understand your situation, what you want to work on, and whether the fit is right. No obligation on either side.

Mutual commitment

Nexum coaching is selective. Both parties confirm readiness and fit before any engagement begins. The quality of the relationship is the foundation of the work.

Step 03

The coaching engagement

Sessions typically every 2–3 weeks by video or in person. 60–90 minutes. Your agenda, entirely. Direct access between sessions for reflections and questions.

Step 04

Review and continuation

A formal mid-point review ensures the work is moving in the right direction. Engagements are typically 6 months with the option to continue or conclude.
